I have a CFW 3ds on 11.7 and I want to update my Hyrule Warriors, but for that, I need to update the firmware to 11.8. How can I update this game with old firmware now that Freeshop is gone?

There's no reason not to update to 11.8.

There's no reason not to update to 11.8. Staying on lower versions doesn't protect against bans, the risk is the same regardless of the firmware version
