Homebrew How can I uninstall FBI?

It was injected into H&S and I do not have the backup for it. I do have a .cia for H&S to install but it wont install because it already thinks H&S is already on the system. I tried finding it through DevMenu and BigBlueMenu and unless I'm looking at the wrong ID (1920 or 230) then I cant see myself ever getting rid of FBI.

Am I screwed out of getting rid of it if I dont have a backup?

FBI and Devmenu (2x version, not the newest SDK one) can install and overwrite any Title that is installed.
FBI will give you a prompt asking if you want to do so; Devmenu will do so automatically.
BigBlueMenu cannot overwrite a Title that is the same version or newer than the one you are trying to install.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
