Gaming How can I play SmileBASIC (USA) on EUR 3DS?

My 3DS is an Old3DS A9LH Luma3DS.

So, I found out this tool called SmileBASIC and it seems pretty cool. However, it's only avaliable on America and Japan. Since I don't want the japanese one and I couldn't find a CIA of the american one, I used freeShop to download the game.

The problem is, I can't update the game (it freezes the console), the manual is corrupted or something and tells me to reinstall the game, and every time I launch the game or click on download projects, it prompts me a screen to accept the Terms of Service of Nintendo, or something like that.

I even tried using title region emulation from Luma to make it work, but I can't.

So, is there any way I can have the app fully functional in my EUR console? My biggest concern is to be able to launch the Manual and update the game.

If region changing fixes the problem, can I do it on a RedNAND?

I actually just found now everything I needed from that iso site. Look on it if you have problems on:

- Constantly accepting end user license agreement
- Manual is not installed
- Can't update to 3.3.1

install a region free cia so you can use internet features
