Hacking How can I move my eshop-bought games from my old 3DS to my new 3DS with Gateway?

I found an old guide that basically said something along the line of updating the old 3DS to the latest firmware, updating the second 3DS' emunand to the latest firmware, and doing a system transfer from the old sysnand to the new emunand. My problem with that is, the latest firmware isn't supported by emunand, so I haven't even bothered with it yet. Am I just stuck until 9.5 emunand is supported by Gateway?

I did this just the other day with the latest firmware. I lost my DSiWare titles though and it took a bit of effort to get those back.

How? All the guides just show how to boot into Gateway mode using Cubic Ninja or Zelda.

Uh... Go to system settings while on EmuNAND, you should see "GW3D" next to the firmware number, and then update the EmuNAND firmware to 9.5.

I had problems with doing a system transfer, because at a late state it will reboot, but it was the sd tranfer, not the wireless one. At the end I simply dumped the TitleDB from the old 3DS and created CIAs using FunkyCIA.
And using the Savedatafiler i moved over nearly all of my savegames. Now I have all my games and the NNID(becuase of the broken transfer) on my New 3DS and the old one. The only problem is, that I'm not able to use the NNID on my old 3DS anymore.
