I want to play Flowers le volume sur Automne in English on the vita.

theres an English translation on the pc version and I have a transcript file for the English text

my question is how can I port the pc English translation to the vita ?
what tools or apps do I need ?
how can I do it, what are the steps?
do I need to have knowledge in how to program, and write codes?
