ROM Hack How can I discover / create my own plg of a game?

Hi, you see, I have seen people who know how to do it or can do it and I felt like learning about this topic

I have not found anything related to this topic in the forum. My English is terrible and maybe I do not understand well. Basically it's that: How could I contribute by making my own plg of a game? What tools would I need? If any console is needed, mine is the 2DS. Is it enough or do I need a New? Thanks.

I'm going to advise you to work on your English first. Then realize your reply wasn't even needed here. He asked for help making a plg. Which I may help with when I get home. Nanquitas makes a good blank plg just needing codes.

I use the NTR Plugin Manager with Gatesharks files downloaded from Fort42, but since they are busy, I would like to learn how to do that for a couple of games that I need them ^^U

If you do not do that, you could not switch from the USA version to the EUR or vice versa.

PLG files are compiled code, you need to learn C or C++ to make them.
You can find the memory addresses with tools like Ida Pro/Citra/NTR Debugger/Gateway.

Use CTRFPlugin Framework to find and create cheats, then you can do a txt with the cheats you create and convert to plg with Gateshark2NTR or NTR Plugin Manager

There is no problem. They were just saying your initial reply to the thread is pointless. He didn't tag you or anything (your reply kind of assumes he's talking to you directly) and if you can't help why even comment?
