Hacking How can I decrypt a NAND Backup from a broken 3DS ?

My New 3DS Xl is broken but I would like to access the Local Friend Seed (my Friends are inside there) and the other Key File.....
I already tried restoring it for a short time to Emu NAND (diffrent NAND Header so Decrypt9 prevents me from doing this )

How can I do this ? (I have the OTP 's and the NAND Backup (no XORPADS))

Just use the forced restore to emunand option... not like you'll be able to boot it or even access the files
