How can I cut music?

I need the first 10 seconds of a certain song, to put in my flash movie so that the file size isn't too big, so how do i cut songs?

Snag Audacity. Its an open source music program. You can put in whatever music you like, and do all kinds of edits with... but i just used to use it for cutting songs for ringtones. You can just delete what you don't want and save it.
