Thank you, thank you all soo much. I managed to fix my Wii without losing any data, although I had some issues during the process, hehe. One issue was a stubborn screw that I eventually took care. The second issue was I put the disk in, turned on the Wii, and still ended up with the same blank screen. Then I realized, I need to turn on the Wii then put the disk in. I did that, and all was well.
Thank you all soo much for your help and as always I've learned my lesson. But now if I somehow make the same dumb mistake again, I have a way to fix it.
