Homebrew HomebrewLauncher and firmware update.

Hey guys how's going? I recently installed Homebrew launcher via BrowserHax, i'm on 11.0.33 and now nintendo released new firmare 11.1
I know that browserhax is not compatible on the new firmware, but what if i have Homebrew launcher already installed? Is it going to delete it?
Also how do you manage this firmware thing??? Because some games doesn't update if you don't upgrade your console, and also you cannot access Eshop :/.

Nothing you can do. Yous should've installed menuhax /or steeldiverhax

Don't update. Updating will kill your exploit and you won't have access to the homebrew launcher. Install ctr-httpwn, and run it before attempting any download or connection from the eshop so you can actually download whatever game update you're after. Do not actually update your 11.0 firmware though. And yes, run ctr-httpwn and download Steel Divers.

with this software you're saying i'll be able to download spftware updates and pkay online games withouth upgrading? seems cool.
Also whats steel divers? a different exploit for homebrew launcher?

Here's the readme for CTR-httpwn (a bit technical but it's better than I could explain it): https://github.com/yellows8/ctr-httpwn

To use it:

1. Open HBL using browserhax/*hax (menuhax won't work)
   
2. Run CTR-httpwn.
3. Exit the HBL without rebooting.
4. All forced updates (online gameplay, eshop blocks) are blocked until you reboot.

To get steelhax, download Steel Diver: Sub Wars (using the aforementioned CTR-httpwn method to access the eshop, also it's free) and get the Steelhax installer frome here: https://vegaroxas.github.io/ and add it to the HBL. Run the installer from the HBL and select the appropriate system version and model.

And as a reminder: NEVER UPDATE THROUGH THE SYSTEM SETTINGS. THE LOWER YOUR SYSTEM VERSION, THE MORE LIKELY IT IS TO HAVE A DOWNGRADABLE SYSTEM VERSION IF/WHEN A DOWNGRADE COMES OUT.

Hey man i want to thank you. This worked great for me.
If anyone else is interested i followed this video instructions: , Without obviously doing the last step of upgrading the firmware. Now i can use CTR-httpwn to use eshop and updating my games <3
