Whats the best way to install Homebrew on a old 3ds with the version 11.3.0-36E?

if you dident do arm9loaderhax before getting your current firmware then as far as i know your only option is soundhax with homebrew launcher because they havent cracked that firmware yet for a9lh :/

like @Crimson-Fyre said, you can't install custom firmware, but there are still a few things you can do. You can get the hombrew starter kit and soundhax to install the homebrew launcher. As far as homebrew apps you can get, I would recommend...

No, you have to buy a flashcard/flashcart, however you spell it.

it's just files on the sd card
