Homebrew Homebrew Launcher Error

I've succeeded in installing all the previous warez on my 3DS (including the HealthandSafety injection). Every time I boot up my Homebrew launcher it shows me this error:

something failed :<
please report error code above.
Any fix for this or is this a permanent issue?

Are you on 11.3 or something? There's a new release that works for that version.

Uninstall the previous hblauncher through FBI and install the new one. If you've tried that, then it should work. That's what I did.

If you're using A9LH+Luma, make sure you've updated to the latest hourly build of Luma.

If you're using an N3DS also try change the N3DS CPU settings in Luma.

A new arm11 kernel exploit needs to be discovered first. It could happen tomorrow or in a year, we don't know. But you'll hear about it when it happens.

If you're using A9LH+Luma, make sure you've updated to the latest hourly build of Luma.

If you're using an N3DS also try change the N3DS CPU settings in Luma.

Well of course, because the Homebrew Loader uses the internet to load the payloads necessary for that console. But it was this way previously too .. Not just in 11.3

As far as errors go, if the error is where the app crashes with an error message then it IS because you're using Clock+L2 on Luma. Disable that to use HBL. "Annoying" for N3DS users I guess? Though I don't really see the point of HBL in the first place anyway .. once you've ran it once to do DSP Dump why would you need to use it again? Most of the apps you'll ever use are installed in cia format.

The problem is although Clock + L2 is disabled in the settings. So far I had no problems with HBL (from 9.2 - 11.0) but since the update on 11.3 it only runs with wifi enabled.

It's a setting in Luma that gives better performance in some games, using the N3DS' extra specs.

I've also placed on my sd root the otherapp.bin but I'm not able to load the hb without wifi connection.

Boot lumaupdater and update to the latest hourly build. Also I think you need WiFi for the initial boot after updating the *hax payload.

It say me:configuration not found,using default values.Latest hourly build:b1b81c87
I've taken this last hourly build but nothing changes.Like you said before I did a boot using the wifi.
The error is always the same
Another curious thing is that now the settings saved on my luma are deleted.Is this normal?
