NICE page there, skh! Very cool. If I can make ONE suggestion, for newcomers to certain apps: perhaps included in the .zip file with each meta.xml, icon.png, and boot.elf, there could also be the readme.txt for each respective app.

Thanks!

Well there are Readme for some apps but okay we'll try. And also you can click to the name of the app to go to the Wiki page too.

Oh, I have another quick question (sorry...) but I just tried running VBA but all it did was load to a black screen, which had

Virtual Boy Advance 1.whatever
Wii Version
(Something here that I couldn't read) in the VBA/Rom

And that was it... I let it sit there for about five minutes, but nothing happened...
I have the ShinyGold Pokemon Hacked rom, in the Rom file... Just in case you need to know!

Now that I have tried others (FCEU and Tetris), I can't get FCEU to work either... Tetris works... FCEU loads and then I try to select rom, but it says directory doesn't exist... But it is there and I have SMB3 in it... Sorry to be asking so many questions... While I'm not a DS homebrew n00b, I am by all means a Wii Homebrew n00b... (I've only used the Twilight Hack once before.)

After some more tries, I can get RIN Wii to work... But can't get SNES9x to work... I think that the file setup is what I am getting wrong...

I'm not sure where to put the Roms and such!

A big thanks for anyone who can help me!

That Duck Hunt game needs to be removed. There's no semblance of the original game. The duck flies in exactly the same place every time.
You should check out the latest version 1.8, it is getting a lot closer to the original. Still no sound though.

Well as for VBA, Emerald didn't ran for me too, just white screen (I believe it don't have Real Time Clock so that's why - I need to patch it with the included XPI file to work without RTC). But Shiny Gold... well... maybe it have RTC too?

FCEU: Place the Roms in FCEU/Roms in the Root.

Snes9x: Snes9x/Roms

I'm not sure, but you've downloaded the App Packages from the new site? Because it have the needed structure for the apps.

EDIT: I've updated the Apps page with the newest Duck Hunt and the new GeckoOS.

Also added the Emulators Directories too, and changed the background colour of the Tutorial/Directories/Rom Pack.

Hope you guys like it!

A: I had RTC working just fine for me; that, or I checked the clock at the exact time I'd set it at when I started. But Shiny Gold is a FireRed hack, and I don't think that had the RTC. However, I haven't run either with the HBC yet; I'll try and get back to you on that.

B: At the very least I got VBA to load up with the HBC, v0.8. Try adding multiple roms to your /VBA/ROMS directory so that you at least get a rom list to come up.

True, put multiple roms in the dir. I'm pretty sure fire-red had RTC. Even the original gold/silver had it. If there's a patch, google will help. No rtc. But i think part of the issue with vba and fire-red is the saving. Is there a patch for that? I'll look.

Why has no-one mentioned GeckoOS yet!! Does it allow SSBB to work now? Are there any topics on it already?

Good work with the icons, especially LimNique! I'm using mostly his icons!
Yes it works with SSBB.

And yes his icons are awesome, but the rest is cool too.

What is GeckoOS? Does it actually let you boot Wii games?

Yes it let you.

It's a Region Free app + more: it got an awesome menu with options, like Language Set-up (no more patching), Force PAL60, Force NTSC, and TV Fix.
