Where can I download the open-source version that works with dolphin? I can't find it

I'm not sure anyone's posted a compiled version of it. You can try this one that I compiled when it was released but I wouldn't recommend installing it on a real console.

There's no difference unless you're running it on the Wii U in WiiVC mode.
