Have emulated through various emulators on my wii for a couple years, mostly to run melee through Dios Mios. I installed the new 20xx iso onto my SD card (same method I have used again and again for 2 years) and all of a sudden the apps wont list at all on the homebrew channel. I know the Wii can read the SD card because in the priloader(?) menu there is a button which just goes through the files on your SD card and it can read and knows all the files are there. I legitimately only did anything involving installing the iso the games folder, and cant figure out why on earth the apps would just stop showing up. cant find my USB otherwise I would test through that. I hit the 1 to go to the device select menu and it seems to take a second for SD to show up as a selectable option, but even when I do select it nothing pops up. All my app sub folders have the boot icon etc. What on earth could have happened? Will redoing the whole softmod process fix this? never had this happen before :(

I am noticing sometimes when I select SD internal drive it gives me a black screen with a bunch of text reading "exception (DSI) occurred" if that helps

Maybe the SD card is getting corrupted.
Try backing up all the files, reformatting it as FAT32 64k cluster size and putting the files back on.

Put sysCheck on your SD Card [Homebrew App], and then launch Priiloader and select "Launch Tittle", and select SysCheck.
excuse me if I am confused, because I havent done the modding part in a while, but I boot through bootmii....I dont know how I would get to priiloader or syscheck and homebrew apps wont load/list

Ok, the easiest thing to do would be, use SetMiiUp.
it seems like you are recommending just rehacking the wii, yes? because I can't run apps through the homebrew menu and syscheck seems to be run through the homebrew menu

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

@BigOnYa, Then i think people were talking about fallout 76
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    that one was buggy too
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, I may probably download fallout 3 or new vegas on my ps3
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
