Homebrew Homebrew apps have about a 25% boot rate?

I have a New3DS on 9.9.0-26u and I recently ran into an issue
I am using themehax and ironhax, both give the same issue.
I am using mashers custom launcher

When I open up the homebrew menu, it starts 100% of the time, but when launching homebrew apps they only launch about 25% of the time. Can anyone help me? I redownlaoded the boot.3dsx and all the homebrew games. Most of the time when I click on a homebrew, the 3ds freezes, but sometimes the apps actually load.

make sure you have preload titles disabled on Mashers HBL mod. it's on settings.

You're welcome! with systems that have many titles installed and preload titles enabled it gives some problems launching homebrew apps. Glad I could help.
