Hacking Homebrew 11.6 3DS

Hello guys,on begin i'm sorry for my bad english and stupid questions.
Yesterday i bought Freakyforms deluxe on 3ds, casue i want install homebrew. Everything was fine,homebrew launched etc. But when i tryed to open any app, 3ds freeze on yellow screen.
I do a research and now i'm know that homebrew on 11.6 it's just broken. So my question is can i do something with this homebrew,maybe install other stuff like this without buying anything more?
Or i just lose 30$?

You should have bought flashcard and hack your 3ds in the first place. It is cheaper. But to your question.What apps are you trying to run? You might need to try it multiple times.

Theme editor,gba emulator,nes emulator,snes ;_; + when want add play coins pressing "A" like at old version happend same thing. Yellow screen
