Hacking Hombrew Launcher Hangs with any 3dsx

I've just updated to luma3ds 9.1, hombrew laucher is freshly downloaded and I'm running 11.8

I can load hombrew launcher from rosalina just fine, it's just trying to launch any 3dsx hangs the system and forces me to make a power cycle. Home button is not triggering it's IRQ so I know the system is fried.

Any clues on what's going on? I think I still have b9s 1.2 instead of 1.3, i'll check in the meantime.

EDIT: Yup, it's still 1.2.

For anyone who stumbles upon this too:

Note: 3DSX applications will freeze if the takeover title is set to Health & Safety. This is being worked on and will be fixed.

Just set the takeover application to another one, and it'll start working.
