Main thing you'll need with the Free-clip is a computer with a Serial port.

Download winpic800
1. Connect free-programmer to COM1
2. Connect usb cable from usb to free-programmer
3. Execute winpic800
4. Configure JDM programmer (Settings - Hardware - Select "JDM Programmer" - Press "Apply edits" button)
5. Insert free-clip into free-programmer
6. Press the "Detect" button in winpic800
If the program doesn't detect chip, plug it out and then plug it back in, press the discover button again...
7. When the winpic800 detects the 12F683 chip, press the read button
8. When it is finished reading it, open yaosm_12F683_twoleds.hex
9. Press the program button
10 When it is finished writing, the chip has been programed
