Just a quick info on why there hasn't been an update in a while: I'm currently investigating a different approach to this by directly hooking functions inside HID which would help a lot with performance and some of the weirder problems.

I've been trying to compile this program myself, but I am missing some dependencies. Anyone with an idea how to compile it?

Don't sweat it, pretty sure I've done the same more than once.

Streaming the switch controller to somewhere else doesn't need mitm.

Any chance this will be updated to work on 8.1 soon? Just crashes on Nintendo Switch screen for me.

    Thanks!

How much effort would it take for wired controllers?
Would you guys have to make an entirely new driver etc?

This is great and all but please add a way to have this per game!
    That would be really awesome!
For example I hate the fact that CTR racing has a different button layout than Mario Kart 8, although it already offers two different layouts.

    Hello,

it is true that it is a very appreciated and interresting software.
It's a shame that we have no news of the development or a new version with new features.
    :(

I still hope that the project is not finished or that there will be an alternative.

    bye

Just relaying what jakibaki told me: He currently has exams and other projects that are prioritized higher than this. But he has definitely not abandoned this project! :)

Woohoo, thank you so much! :)

Created an issue for that on github. Since you mentioned "people in the github" maybe one of them will take on this:
