Gaming HG/SS - Party's? Post 'em HERE!

Ho-oh(70), Lugia(51), Feraligatr( BREAKER!!, 56 ), Togetic (45), Pichu (Jagged Ear!!, 33), Parasect (26). As you can see, I don't give a damn about competitive battling

I just captured the Sudowoodo that was blocking the way. My current team:

Cyndaquil - Lvl. 24
Flaaffy - Lvl. 24
Vaporeon - Lvl. 25
Furret - Lvl. 20 (HM slave)
Bellsprout - Lvl. 13 (Helps me catch weak Pokemon, don't actually plan to keep her on my party)

Also, I have around 12,000 Voltorb flip coins saved up, I plan on picking up a Dratini after I get my 4th badge.

I have pretty much finished the game. My team is:
Lv 75 Feraligatr
Lv72 Mewtwo
Lv59 Dragonite
Lv53 Lugia
Lv 74 Ho-oh

I have the first 9 Badges. I'm about to fight Sabrina.

Lapras: Lv.62
Weavile: Lv.62
Jolteon: Lv.61
Typhlosion: Lv.54 (I'll grind with him later)
Xatu: Lv.61
Alakazam: Lv. 52 (I'll also grind with him later)

I need some advice. I replaced my Gengar with the Weavile because I needed a Dark Pokemon to help me against Sabrina. Afterwards, should I put my Gengar back on?

Also, I was thinking of taking away my Lapras (I already have another Ice Type), and replacing it with a Poliwrath. There's a problem though. I caught a Poliwag in Violet City, leveled it to Lv.25, so it evolved into a Poliwhirl. I then give it a Water Stone, but it doesn't evolve into a Poliwrath. Is it possibly because I used the EXP Multiplier Cheat to level it up faster? Also, the Water Stone was Pokesav'd in.

I wanted a Poliwrath as opposed to a Lapras because I wanted to have as many different types as I could on my team. But it refuses to evolve. I am WAY too lazy to spend the time grinding with my Poliwag + Obtaining a Water Stone legitly. Anyone have any ideas for a good Water Pokemon at this point? I really like Lapras as a Pokemon, but I want as much diversity as possible. I will eventually get a Totodile from a friend of mine, but that could not be for a while, so I need a Water Type now.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

P.S. I don't care at all about "best stats" or anything like that, I'm not gonna be competing or anything. I would like some information about Water Pokemon that learn good moves (but I don't mean SMOGON style movesets, that involve strategy, I play for fun).

TL;DR - Recommend me a Water Type Pokemon that's not a Lapras or Poliwag (or it's evolved forms).

Thanks.

Is this your first gym?

I try to make the game slow as possible... if i want, i could beat it in 11 hours without problems... but that's a bit boring

I beat each Gym Leader and the E4 twice, plus Red. God, it sucked a lot. Never used a TM so I had no real move/type advantages.

81|Ampharos ?
80|Espeon ?
76|Heracross ?
83|Typhlosion ?

Man do i ever want a Heracross, they look so awesome
