Okay so can anyone tell me is this 002b fix for modchips only? If not exactly how should I configuer the fix?

use cIOS rev13a. not b, a.

Use either neogamma, or usbloader GX and turn on 002 fix.

there you go, now you can play indy and mysims racing.

solitaire and mahjong also works with rev13 and not any other cios not even 13b


Only thing that sucks about it that rev13 both version have a bug in them that causes the usb loaders to freeze if you attempt to load a second game.

I don't have an hard disc so I can't use USB loader.
I'm on a cios36 rev 9 and use backuploader o.3 gamma.
Indy is not working(you know!): would be useful to upgrade to cios36 rev 13a or would it work just on usb loaders?

upgrade to 13a and use neogamma R3 to run it from the backup disc. Its kinda an "enhanced" version of wii backup loader.

I don't think it's as simple as that ... the latest usbloader GX + rev13a + "apply 002 fix = on" will give a green screen on IJ. But use an older version of the same loader and it will work.

Yeah 13a does the trick for burger island and mysims racing. anyone confirm this works on regular backup launcher gamma w/002 fix and cios36 rev7 and up? tested even though i knew it wouldn't work with old backup gamma and cios38 rev13a

Sorry, neither the regular nor the 002fix version of Gamma works for 002b games. Use either NeoGamma or SoftChip(Remove 002 off, Fake IOS Version on). cIOSrev7 should be ok for these games.

It's more Softmods only solution. With a modchip you need to play the games regulary from disc channel, use the new Gecko OS, or use SoftChip(Remove 002 off, Fake IOS Version on) set to IOS36 or any other IOS.

not for me. I updated it today, and tried IJ on it. works perfectly, no green screen.

If you don't have Rev13a installed but cIOSCORP installed it will run from a backup disc as normal also.

Ok anyone got my sims racing to work on a pal wii.
I have a wiikey and 4.0e and i can get to the save screen at the start and it wont move from there.
Have tried gecko 1.91 and it still wont load.

not for me. I updated it today, and tried IJ on it. works perfectly, no green screen.

I might give it another try tonight ... mind you, from what I have played of the game so far - I am not too sure I am that bothered about getting to work with the latest version of GX anyway

I was running cios rev 13b, green screen, backed off to 13a and using the latest version of GX Loader, the NTSC version of the game runs fine with the 002 fix turned on.

I tested MySims Racing with the three tests using cIOS38_rev13a and here are the results;
TEST 1 GREEN SCREEN
TEST 2 Works ok
TEST 3 ERROR 002 SCREEN
Both Mysims racing and Indiana Jones and the staff of Kings work using cIOS36_rev10 and cioscorp v1 on my 4.0E Wii.I reverted back to my original ios's when i carried out the tests.

When using USB Loader GX (rev488), it always gets stuck loading Indy (it won't go past USB Loader). I have cIOS rev13a. I tried with and without the 002 fix. Any ideas?

my drivekey loaded mine fine without any "fixes" or setting changes.....geez....get a chip, backup loaders are a pain
