Is there any gba save converter i need it so much for my super card mini sd

What kind of save file do you want to convert? What format do you want to convert it to?

The Supercard should work fine with any save created with VBA, except perhaps for the 128 kb ones. I'm not really sure about those.

If that's a Gameshark image, then open your game in VisualBoy Advance, import the Gameshark battery file, then save in-game and export the regular battery file. Import and Export functions are in the File menu.

Otherwise, I don't know how to convert it, sorry.
