Have anyone try to install CTW on 11.14.0-46 Firmware?
I can't install CTW using BannerBomb or unSAFE_MODE.
I click Settings -> Data Management -> DSiWare -> SD Card and It just stuck few seconds (no red screen), and then I get an error message.
My 3DS is old and wasn't XL model

Why are you using a outdated method for installing cfw? Follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(usm) to get cfw installed.

I try both BannerBomber and unsafe mode, but they doesn`t work.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

They *are* following that page. Red screen is used in unSAFE_MODE; BB3 page gives a purple screen. (kind of a bad naming scheme, I know...)

OP: Do you have "usm.bin" on the root of your SD card?
yes

yes, i want to re-install
You will need to follow an alternate page to re-install CFW, that doesn't involve the DSiWare management menu. Do your shoulder buttons work?

Edit: heading to bed -- if your shoulder buttons work, then these are the ideal instructions. These instructions make use of Homebrew Launcher access combined with slotTool to install boot9strap via unSAFE_MODE.

What you need
  • The free eShop game "Pokémon Picross"
  • Your movable.sed file
  • The otherapp payload corresponding to your device type, region, and version
    • Since your current version is 11.14.0-46, you should select 11.13.0-45 as your version
  • The latest release of Luma3DS (Luma3DSv10.2.1.zip)
  • The latest release of unSAFE_MODE (RELEASE_v1.1.zip)
Section I - Prep Work
  1. Copy boot.firm and boot.3dsx from Luma3DSv10.2.1.zip to the root of your SD card, replacing any existing files
    • The root of your SD card refers to the initial directory on your SD card where you can see the Nintendo 3DS folder, but aren't inside of it
  2. Copy the otherapp payload to the root of your SD card and rename it to otherapp.bin
    • If you do not see the .bin extension, do not add it to the end of the file name
  3. Create a folder named 3ds on the root of your SD card if it does not already exist
  4. Copy the slotTool folder from RELEASE_v1.1.zip to the 3ds folder
  5. Copy usm.bin from RELEASE_v1.1.zip to the root of your SD card
Your SD card should look like this:
root_file.png

Section II - PicHaxx
  1. Open the PicHaxx Save Tool website on your computer
  2. Select your movable.sed file
  3. Select "Build and Download"
  4. Wait for the process to complete
    • You should get a file named 00000001.sav
  5. Navigate to SD:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID0/<ID1>/title/00040000/0017c100/data/ on your SD card
    • The <ID0> folder is the same one you used when you got your movable.sed
    • The <ID1> folder is just another 32 letter/number folder inside the <ID0> folder
  6. Copy the downloaded 00000001.sav file to the directory that you are now in on your SD card
    • Overwrite the old save file when prompted

  7. Reinsert your SD card into your device
Section III - slotTool
  1. Power on your device
  2. Launch "Pokémon Picross"
  3. After a few seconds, you should see the Homebrew Launcher
    • If you get a yellow screen, force power off the console, then try again
  4. Launch slotTool from the list of homebrew
  5. Select the "INSTALL exploit to wifi slots 1,2,3 & shutdown" option
    1. You will see some on-screen text and then you rsystem will shutdown
From here, you should be able to follow this page of the guide. Your WiFi slots generally aren't too important, so you can just set them up again instead of trying to restore them (you may not be able to with the instructions that the guide provides).
