I don't speak english, sorry if I say something wrong. I use the steelminer method, I think that's what it's called, first I downloaded steel diver, opened it, put the steelhax and 3ds folders in the root of the sd, put the payload.bin in steelhax, I made the bruteforce obviously before all that , I put the .sav in the corresponding folder, finishing all that, I opened steel divers and the exception appeared

Did you already install CFW? You must have if you are talking about FBI (which will not work without CFW).
There's something wrong with your SD card by the sounds of things. Backup everything, format it, and test it with H2testw.
You can't use normal homebrew userland entrypoints when you have CFW, you need to use Rosalina with the download play app or with the homebrew launcher cia.
