Hacking HELP!!!

ive just installed sm 4.0 everything went perfect then i installed preloader 0.29
now all i get is a code dump

is there anyway to get into sys menu to reinstall
preloader or downgrade

Nevermind i sorted it out

just held down the on button,reset button an eject button
an it booted first time thank fuck i was getting a bit worried there
