Help with VBA Pokemon Shiny Gold Sigma cheats

Hello all.
I have just started playing this rom hack & i entered the Infinite EXP cheat & levelled up to 10 & then turned off/disabled the cheat but then i go back & the cheat is still active & continuing to level my Pokemon.

Any help would be very useful. Thank You
