Help with opening The World Ends With You text files

Hi there
I hope I can get some help here, I'm currently trying to edit the text files from The World Ends With You in order to translate the game the problem here is that I can't access the text files, I possibly have a hint of which files are these (mainly the mestxt.bin file that must contain the dialogues) but I've searched as far as I could and I've never been able to edit it
Would anyone have something for that ? Or did I just not search far enough ?
