Hacking Help with MultiGames

Ok well first things first im useing wiigators loader and MIOS and this was my first attempt at a multigame disc and well the results were that the game ran but only the first game was able to play I burned Metroid 1 and 2 and set it to USA and then waited while it created my iso after i burned it at 4x (slowest my drive can go) with img burn loader it pressed A then metroid prime 1 began to play. How do I chose which game i want or did I mess something up
