I just had the Sunkey Fusion chip installed and I am Running version 3.2.
my system was previously soft modded but newer games weren't working.
I was advised to get the chip as it would be better than the soft mod but still the newer games like Super Mario Bros won't work.

do I need any updates?

I ran a sys check and got this report but I don't know what any of it means.

thanks, I don't seem to have bannerbomb, do you know where I could find it? Do the IOS files that I am missing come with bannerbomb or are they a separate download?

does it matter that I am running 3.2?

much appreciate it.

Don't install IOS40, IOS41, IOS43, IOS45, IOS46, IOS50, IOS52- you don't need them

Have 31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 53, 55, 56 up to date and you won't have any black screens.

Ios51 is stubbed, you don't need that either.

thanks, but how do I install the Cios and IOS files.
on my HBC I have
1. Wadmanager
2. Custon WM
3. IOS Downgrade 1.1
4. Custom IOS downgrade
5 Wii Gator - Cios Installer
6. Starfall.

Do I have what I need to update the noted files?
Are the files in the system or does the Wii find them via the internet connection.

Sorry but I just want to be sure about what I am doing before I brick the darn thing.

thanks very much

which guide?

thanks
You could try following this one. It's a pretty good guide, and simple at that, too!

I did it, was getting an error when running Dopmii but the new games work - Success. Thanks to all for your help.

Last question for now. Can I use wii connect and should I do a Wii update?

Your Wii should already be on 4.2 now, if you've followed the guide entirely.

It'd be better to not update, since that would mess up IOSes and risk to delete all the homebrew.
Nothing critical, but you'd have to remove stubbed IOSes and a lot of other boring things and follow the guide again from the start

I left it at 3.2 (don't ask why, but was not very comfortable with this whole process) Anyway It works now so I will leave it be for now. thanks very much.
