Hacking Help with Flash Card

Hello Friends. Is it possible for me to make a Flash Card at home?
i.e I have a GBA Cartridge( Orignally a game but i dont play it)
Is it possible to connect this cartridge to my PC? Erase the game and put in the new ROM? Thats all i need to know...

I did read a guide once on how to turn an original GBA cart into a flash cart but it was a long and expensive process requiring you to swap chips over.

You can't erase an original cart and load another game on because they are ROM memory chips on board not flash chips.

Can anyone give me a link to the process of what legendofphil said? Or any guide to convert a GBA Game cart to Flash cart?
