Hardware Help with Ez-flash 4 Normal

i just got the EZ-flash 4, the normal one thats shaped like a gba game, and i have a problem. when i boot it, everythings in chinese, how do i change it to english?

I have a question too, is there a firmware version without Darth Vader and Minesweeper? I like Minesweeper but it's the same game every time and I've never seen Star Wars or anything
