I'm going to go catch a couple hours of sleep while I can. Best of luck. I'm sorry I had a brain fart and forgot about swapping the emunands in the first place.Well, I installed those files that Ammako was talking about, but it says, "Sys 9.2.0-20U" in System Settings now.
So...
Edit: I will try that pbanj.

As you launch the cfw hold the button you set to disable menuhax and see if it still locks upSo, I did everything that you told me I think, but instead of failing, it said that the transfer succeeded.
Now though, when I try to boot into HBL via menuhax, it just freezes with the logo on top and a black screen below.
Was I supposed to stop the internet on the first reboot into emuNAND, or did something else go wrong?

It prob needs the right payload. Do you still have a menuhax payload on the sd card you where using for the n3ds originallyIt is not on autoboot. I have to hold L to boot into HBL.
If I do not do that, it boots into sysNAND with no issues.

It's the menuhax ropbin file, it has menuhax in the name so it makes it easy to find. It's on the root of the sd card. But don't bother as menuhax needs a full reinstall...what is the "payload" again?
Sorry, so many files and such, not sure which is what.
Well fuck I'm out of ideas. Could try deleting the 3ds folder and readding it. Did you happen to notice what hax it said it was using on the top screen as it loaded?
Alright, maybe when you get back it will just work lolI will try that later, but no, I did not notice.
I am not going to be here for several hours after this post, so I cannot try it or check what it was right now though.

Menuhax is what requires theme setup, not browserhax. Not sure why it isn't working for you.Well, it turns out that browserhax was not working because I had not gone to themes so it could set that up. So, yay, that works now.
Menuhax is still not working though, so I must be missing something with that like I did with browserhax...
However, nothing that was installed from before is appearing in the emuNAND home screen.
When I go to System Settings -> Data Management -> 3DS Software, I see everything, but everything has an X on it and there is only [Delete] and [Save-Data Backup].
Did I misunderstand, and what you meant was that all of the files need to be placed on the SD card and reinstalled?

Those Xs means that your ticket.db doesn't have those titles registered. You may be able to dump the ticket.db on your old EmuNAND and put it into your new EmuNAND, put check with @pbanj first.
I'm not sure if decrypr9 can dump it from the nand backup. It sounds like those games are "backups" and not bought games. That's why they didn't transfer properly. Try reinstalling one(iirc it should go faster) it will keep your save data.
Menuhax not working is really odd. Post a pic of the root of your sd card
