Well, I installed those files that Ammako was talking about, but it says, "Sys 9.2.0-20U" in System Settings now.
So...

Edit: I will try that pbanj.
I'm going to go catch a couple hours of sleep while I can. Best of luck. I'm sorry I had a brain fart and forgot about swapping the emunands in the first place.

So, I did everything that you told me I think, but instead of failing, it said that the transfer succeeded.
Now though, when I try to boot into HBL via menuhax, it just freezes with the logo on top and a black screen below.
Was I supposed to stop the internet on the first reboot into emuNAND, or did something else go wrong?

As you launch the cfw hold the button you set to disable menuhax and see if it still locks up
Or are you saying menuhax won't boot into hbl at all?

Well fuck I'm out of ideas. Could try deleting the 3ds folder and readding it. Did you happen to notice what hax it said it was using on the top screen as it loaded?

I will try that later, but no, I did not notice.
I am not going to be here for several hours after this post, so I cannot try it or check what it was right now though.

Alright, maybe when you get back it will just work lol

Well, it turns out that browserhax was not working because I had not gone to themes so it could set that up. So, yay, that works now.
Menuhax is still not working though, so I must be missing something with that like I did with browserhax...

However, nothing that was installed from before is appearing in the emuNAND home screen.
When I go to System Settings -> Data Management -> 3DS Software, I see everything, but everything has an X on it and there is only [Delete] and [Save-Data Backup].
Did I misunderstand, and what you meant was that all of the files need to be placed on the SD card and reinstalled?

Menuhax is what requires theme setup, not browserhax. Not sure why it isn't working for you.

Those Xs means that your ticket.db doesn't have those titles registered. You may be able to dump the ticket.db on your old EmuNAND and put it into your new EmuNAND, put check with @pbanj first.

I am not too sure what happened with browserhax. I just know that it started working after I went to Themes in the home menu and it installed the management data.

As for the ticket.db, I will wait for pbanj, but do you know how I would go about dumping the ticket.db?
I am not sure if I have the old emuNAND anymore since I used EmuNAND9 to inject the N3DS' emuNAND after formatting my old memory card that I am using in the N3DS right now.
I do have a backup of my old memory card's old files, but...the old emuNAND stuff probably is not located there, right?

I'm not sure if decrypr9 can dump it from the nand backup. It sounds like those games are "backups" and not bought games. That's why they didn't transfer properly. Try reinstalling one(iirc it should go faster) it will keep your save data.

Menuhax not working is really odd. Post a pic of the root of your sd card

Weird, because I had Mario & Luigi on my 3DS XL (it was the silver and gold Year of Luigi one)
Do pre-installed games not count as being bought?

Anyway, here is the SD root:

EMUNAND9SD
Folders: 3ds, aurei, programs, D9Game, DCIM, EmuNAND9, Nintendo 3DS, plugin, retroarch
Files: AuReiNand.dat, axiwram.dmp, boot.3dsx, firmware.bin, menuhax_imagedisplay.bin, menuhax_padcfg.bin, ntr.bin, ropbinpayload_menuhax_USA12288_new3ds.bin, screenshots_raw.bin, webkithax_tmp.bin

Also, if you have one, how do you get your N3DS SD card out?
It is quite difficult to keep removing and inserting the card compared to the O3DS's slot for it. Though that one was also hard to get to...

Well, I tried reinstalling, but it just shows an error message.
The last time that I got an error message like the one that it is giving the database was corrupted, and I just had to go to Data Management in System Settings, but this time that is not working.

Delete the menuhax stuff off the root and try to reinstall that. What CIA installer are you using? And ya legit cias don't count as bought. If it is from the actual 3ds than it does. So say you bought a system and it came with pokemin y. Once you sign in it adds it to your account as if you bought it. Legit cias installed with a CIA installer won't do that.
