Help with corrupted sd while modding 3DS

Hello, I recently bought a 3DS and was in the process of modding it following the guide. However, during the final step of trying to backup the bin files, the SD card got corrupted, and now I can't access it anymore. I'm not sure what I should do next, and I'm hesitant to even turn on the 3DS.
