help with banner brick

so i bricked my wii, and ive been trying to fix it with priiloader to no luck, everytime i try to boot into homebrew or any homebrew channel app, my screen goes black and my wii freezes. all i know is bootmii and priiloader still work, is my only option to boot my nand backup?

And if not, can u tell us what version of the hbc u have access to and what IOS it is running off of?

Edit: sounds like there's more going on than just a bad banner. Did u do anything else recently?

syscheck requires homebrew right? i cant get to homebrew and i dont remember what version it is or what ios i have it on

i hadnt touched my wii for a few weeks , then i only installed the bad banner

Try to run Syscheck through Priiloader using the "Load/Install file" option (select syscheck's boot.dol) and see if it loads

i extracted it onto my sd card, but its not showing up in priiloader

Hmm, weird, can u run other homebrew applications? Also, do you have a nand backup? If yes just use it with bootmii and thats it.

this was months ago but yeah i just ended up booting up the nand backup
