you have a corrupt title (wad) installed on your wii....
you have to remove it with anytitle deleter...
but from reading your other posts you deleted it w/ the wii's memory management system...
by doing that you are not fully getting rid of the bad title...
but now you won't be able to delete it w/ anytitle deleter...
you have to reinstall it w/ wadmanager then use wadmanager to remove it...
use anytitle deleter to make sure it's gone...
i believe that should fix you up....

i tried the downgrader but the system turned itself off before it could start.

what you need to do is install cIOS v7

if you did a format and it is still broken, it is not a bad channel, it is a bad IOS wad.

I think you:
a) installed a bad custom IOS
b) installed a custom IOS over a normal IOS

You didnt install dvdx in advanced mode over an ios by mistake did you by chance?

IOS Downgrader might help, because it downgrades your IOSes, thus overwriting it.

Am I wrong?
