ROM Hack [Help] Trying to find out what saves are in my SD backup

Is there a way I can figure out what game saves are in my backup SD's extdata? It seems like every site I look at doesn't have a good list of SD extdata game save IDs.

For example, I've learned that 00001410 is Pokemon Shuffle, and I've restored that save. But there are folders I can't find a game for, like 00001377 and 00001631.

Is there a site with this info handy, or perhaps a tool?

... For clarification, I'm trying to restore a few saves after a format to install emunand. I'd really love to find my Pokemon Picross save.

I saw that, but none of the columns seemed to match up. 1631 only came up as two games out of my region, which I've never played before. The title ids don't seem to line up with the SD extdata folders.

Are you using savedatafiler to compare the CTR serial?

No, I'm going purely off of the SD card backup. I could throw the folders into my current SD, but I'd have to back it up as well. savedatafiler can look up the required info, though?
