Hacking HELP~ sofmii tweak toy brick?

hi guys i am not sure if i did something really dumb or what but hope can be helped.. >< due to possibility of installing a NTSC custom health screen onto my PAL wii? (i thought the ones i dl was a PAL but could this be the possible scenario?)

anyway to revert/fix????????

more trying:
I am still able to power up and hold reset to go to the preloader settings menu.
but if go for load system menu it goes to the BLACK screen.
i then tried load HBC, i am able to run the tweak and reinstall the health screen!! SOLVED

I'll leave this here incase anyone needs this.. it scared the hell out of me
