So, I have an old 2ds with Luma custom firmware and decided to randomize my Pokemon Alpha Sapphire (with cartridge; so no eshop or installed with cfw).
That was back in 2018/19. Now I finally want to get my living dex from Alpha Sapphire to Pokemon Bank for Shield, but I cant get the randomizer from the cartridge removed.
My plan was to start a new game and then switch the save file with my old one (containing my complete shiny living dex). But I dont know how to "remove" the randomized content
from the cartridge, so that I can start a new, fresh, normal save.

Maybe I have a problem, because I dont have any backups from any files that I most likely did in the randomizing process (dont remember which tutorial I followed).

Help would be really appreciated.

Search for the folder "000400000011C500" on your microSD.
Check inside the folder if you have the randomized files there (romfs, theres also a folder named "a".. etc)

before deleting this folder, make sure its just the randomized files, not your save or other files related to the game

So, I found the folder on my MicroSD card in the "luma" folder -> "titles" -> "000400000011C500".
There is the folder "romfs" and a "code.bin" file. In the "romfs" folder is the "a" folder and a "DLLField.cro" and "DLLPoke3Select.cro" file.
It does not seem to contain any save file of me. Does that mean I just need to delete the "romfs" folder and the "code.bin" file?

And thanks for your reply. :)

Copy the 000400000011C500 folder and keep it on your computer.
Delete it from the microsd. Load the game. It shouldn't have the randomizer anymore

For me if you want to emulate the DS the best option is on Android, use DraStic and a controller that holds your phone... it's clunky but it works insanely well. The next best option in my opinion is using a New 3DS XL, not really emulation but hacked it works really well.
