First click "I agree" and then follow the instructions. When they ask for your credit card put "other" instead of US or Canada. I then chatted with a nintendo employee and he gave me the masterkey. No need to call them at all.

reminds me when i was a kid and locked my dad VCR with a pin forever... he yelled and get so mad at me, that i decided to try every day 50 or 100 codes until i get the right one...

How did you get the inqueri number ?

The service number i ask is always 8 digits and from an O3DS for N3DS i don'tr now.
