ROM Hack help remove my parental pin code

please help me reset my 3ds parental pin code, nintendo wont help me i emailed them alot but still no reply and their number +18002553700 no one answers been calling for almost 4 days, my 3ds serial start with CS and it says invalid serial on nintendo parental reset tool and even if it has accepted my 3ds serial the next problem is i dont have a credit card.....please help need to remove pin

my inquiry number is 11864 01964 its 10 digit

3DSexplorer doesnt work so as 3ds parental tool(only accept 8 digit

I also had the same problem with my USA one. I used https://parentalcontrols.nintendo.com/sys/3ds/ Just pick other and then you'll chat with a nintendo employee and he'll give you the master key.

it can play US games and the serial start with CS i think its middle east
can some one help me reset please cause nintendo basically said on their last email is " u dont live in US....who cares....."

Maybe you should ask your parents for the pin code.

1. Forget your pin for the parental controls of your Nintendo 3DS after you've locked it
2. go to System Settings (you may have to launch it in 2D mode)
3. Go to Parental Controls
4. Click on Forgot Pin
5. Click on I Forgot
Mail me the number and the date i need this for generate the code. (NOTE: Make sure the date set in the tool matches the date on the 3DS!)

Please don't shut your 3DS after given me the service code because when you shut the 3DS the 3DS is generate a new service code.

Tried one who looks fine but turns out it didn't. Now i'm trying to think about a piece of CFW i've installed 2 weeks ago. That on had a code generator in it.

OK. Never bothered to check other regions but guess your only option is to do what Mr. Prince said above.

Interesting. If you do end up finding it let everyone know if it works. Probably won't need it again for a while but could use it later for deals we find on swap meet days.

First click "I agree" and then follow the instructions. When they ask for your credit card put "other" instead of US or Canada. I then chatted with a nintendo employee and he gave me the masterkey. No need to call them at all.
