ROM Hack help please

i have ace3ds x and im trying to do ntrboot method to install cfw (i have ver 11.4 and 11.6 also both new 3ds xl)
after i put sd card back shut down and then i hold X+START+SELECT+POWER ON (magnet is on the right place), it shuts down after releasing buttons
im sure the files are correct.. i dont know why its happening..
i also tried r4 3ds same thing happens.. please help me

Although irrelevant to the issue of ntrboot, your version numbers don't make any sense. 11.6 is the latest version.

yes thats what i meant 11.6 and 11.4

you put boot.firm on the root of the 3ds SD right? and it's formatted fat32?
