So, before realease of hax 2.5 i've used to play on and only on pokémon X.
Today I wanna try it out with playing Neo Y, romhack but i don't know how so...
-Can i play games i don't own by just decrypting the file i need from .3ds rom?

I actually don't know much about .cia installation, but you should get CFW, there I know you'll have almost no problems.
