Hacking help needed

my daughter has ds and a lot of the games she has recently do not allow her to play them ,telling her that the save file could not be accessed
can anyone help me fix this?

The fourth thing to do would be to not post the same thing in two different forums. Especially when they are both the wrong forum to post in.
