Hacking Help needed on 2.3 nintendo switch and emunand boot with pegaswitch

i ve kept this to 2.3 and right now i created an emunand , my plan was to boot from 2.3 using the news applet to the emunand. but i am met with a teal screen of death, as i boot using the traditional method i can boot to emunand yet i cant update it to 9.0
