Hacking Help me. Switch display boot.dat error

I have a switch v1 mod chip. Yesterday I tried to change to ATM but when I start create emunand it sends an error and after that I changed my sd from exfat to fat32 and can't enter the switch anymore. Anybody please helps me.

Edit 1: I have formatted my sd and copy all file into the sd and it still doesn't work
