Help me fix my PS5

Could someone help me identify the value of the capacitor in the image and then what low price to buy them and what type of voltage is the capacitor?

The one next to the chip (with the arrow) and the one that is missing in your picture have the following specification :
ceramic 0.1uF/16v 0603 package
They are 'just' connected to the input power line of that regulator so anything close to that value will also do imho.
If you have a hard time ordering them, just grab such a capacitor from some other board.
0.1uF is a pretty standard value.

It says a 0603 package in the manual, a 0201 package is significantly smaller :

If the specs are the same, you could use the 0201 with a little wire in between.

The sizes from Sony data are in metric. 0201 would be the correct imperial size for this cap.
