Run Custom IOS Downgrader 1.2, and go to 3.2, and then try installing the IOS249_r7 again

IOS37 can be installed.....information that says it should be removed is incorrect. it has no effect on what he is doing.

if he is running off IOS16 and it is not working, he may have a corrupt IOS16....where did you obtain it from?

it's just that simple, if it's not working and you're on IOS16, it's one of these:

-GC/USB is plugged in (if it's this you really suck at the search function, or just at reading)
-SD card poorly formatted (said you took care of this)
-IOS16 wad is bad
-wad you're installing is bad
-sd reader is bad (gulp)
