Homebrew Help making cia from dlc

I was making a cia for the dragon quest xi dlc, but when making the standard cia i got an error saying
"ID 0004008C00199200
Incomplete DLC (15 missing)
Continue?"

WHAT IS WRONG?

IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX WHAT IS MISSING?

With all that shouting, gotta balance with whispers.

The reason why you can't dump that DLC as a complete CIA is because Capcom Square Enix hasn't officially released everything. Read here.

There are missing *.app contents that GodMode9 is looking for but can't find, so it spazzes out. There's no way to fix this.
If you downloaded that DLC through freeShop or CIAngel, that's all you're going to get.
