Homebrew Help making cia from dlc

I was making a cia for the dragon quest xi dlc, but when making the standard cia i got an error saying
"ID 0004008C00199200
Incomplete DLC (15 missing)
Continue?"

WHAT IS WRONG?

IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX WHAT IS MISSING?

The reason why you can't dump that DLC as a complete CIA is because Capcom Square Enix hasn't officially released everything. Read here.

There are missing *.app contents that GodMode9 is looking for but can't find, so it spazzes out. There's no way to fix this.
If you downloaded that DLC through freeShop or CIAngel, that's all you're going to get.

Oh my bad. The other DLC I was thinking about from that post I linked you has a title id of 0004008c001bc500, which is Monster Hunter Stories (USA). That's the one by Capcom. Thanks for pointing out the mistake.

Yes, and the other DLC that's incomplete is for Monster Hunter Stories (USA). Those are two DLCs as was mentioned in that link that aren't complete.
